"Community Restrictions"

"Homeowners Association" as a land owner, you are also a member of the Homeowners Association. Dues are collected and are used to maintain common landscape areas, signs, clubhouse, tennis courts, boat ramp, street lights, etc... Dues are collected yearly and are currently as follows:

    Home & Lot:         $195.00
    Lot only:                $125.00
    Additional Lots:   $50.00

"Restrictions" in an effort to protect the overall integrity of The Pointe and to preserve property value, standard single family restrictions have been created. Some of the points of interest are as follows:

All lots must be used for residential purposes only.
Detached outbuildings or other structures must be approved by the Architectural Committee.
The construction of a residence, once commenced, must be fully completed within one year (except normal weather delays).
Recreational vehicles such as boats, motor homes, travel trailers, etc. must be parked from the view of the street at all times and shall be neatly stored and positioned as to be inconspicuous.
Satellite dishes, not to exceed 30" in diameter are permitted.
Each lot owner must maintain his lot and keep it free of rubbish.
Mailboxes shall be of a standard design so as to conform to the design installed by the developer.
Lot lines may not be re-subdivided nor shall lot lines be changed unless by approval of the Architectural Committee.
Home plans, additions, remodeling, etc. must be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to commencement.
All land owners must abide by rules governing use of Lake Rabon, as set forth by the Laurens County Water & Sewer Commission.
